Negotiate on your behalf to obtain the best purchase package for a home.
Recommend inspectors, attend the inspections and work hand in hand with you to keep within the timeline of contingency removals
Follow up with the lender, title company and Seller's agent to insure all parties are performing within the scope of the contract. Help you understand the escrow process.
Meet you at the title company to complete the final signing process. Provide help to arrange the move-in process.
Follow up after the closing to help you get acclimated to the area suggesting resources and services you may need.
