Buying or selling a home could be your biggest investment. Making the "right move" is no doubt, your goal. Working with a trusted professional is important
As a business professional for 36 years and a multi-million dollar producer, I know the importance and value of relationships built on trust. My business was developed and built using four important principles. These principles are Knowledge, Integrity, Commitment and Service. Combining these principals with today's e- business tools can produce the results that meet your goals.
As a fourth generation Californian, I have experienced California's amazing business climate. I have lived and worked in the Tri Valley area of the East Bay since 1976 and have watched it's incredible growth. After having a 25 year career in the fashion retail industry, I decided to get my real estate license and start putting houses around people instead of clothes. I started my new business with Prudential in 1992. Then in 1994, I joined the The Blackhawk Real Estate Co and attained my Broker's license and became an owner in the company. My involvement in the community serves to keep me abreast of the economic and social climate. I serve on the Board for the Contra Costa Chapter of Women's Council of Realtors, the Board of Playhouse West Amicale, and I am a member of Professional Business Women's Exchange.
Mentoring newer agents in my company to help them develop their careers also serves to ensure I am keeping informed with the most current changes in real estate. I often receive praise for my communication and negotiations skills. My ability to listen to others serves me well in attaining my business goals.
Knowledge, commitment, integrity and service will always be the cornerstones upon which I conduct business and develop it's growth. |
